But you don't control the hyphens, the reader device does and this is good. Without hyphens, some font sizes may look atrocious. Also, you can't control the size of the font that the user will pick. KDP/Amazon considers hyphenation creates better line spacing, faster reading, and less eye strain. Is it because it's not doing hyphenation right? When I created my print version, I used Word's hyphenation but I checked each hyphenated words because it sometimes didn't do it right.
